YOU ARE PURCHASING ONE SET -- ONE RIGHT SIDE AND ONE LEFT SIDE. Made in the USA. Laser cut 16 gauge metal; fit very good and do have the hole that the factory ones have for the voltage regulator and horn relay. BUT, do not have the ribs.
