THESE ARE MADE FROM UN-POLISHED STAINLESS STEEL. Laser cut and VERY nice. Fit beside the radiator and the inner fenders. ONE PAIR. YOU ARE PURCHASING ONE SET -- ONE RIGHT SIDE AND ONE LEFT SIDE. Not Pre-Polished, but you can polish them yourself to a mirror like finish.
