Laser cut of polished stainless; very nice. They are polished on the side that shows next to the radiator front. Made in USA. E-mail with any questions. YOU ARE PURCHASING ONE SET -- ONE RIGHT SIDE AND ONE LEFT SIDE. Comes just like the photo shows. you will need to remove the protective coating when you receive it that is on the polished side.
